ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Upon your arrival into the Honolulu International Airport, please make your way to the baggage claim.

Once you have collected ALL of your luggage, please make your way to the nearest “PRE-ARRANGED” location. Look for the airport signage directing you to the nearest pre-arranged location.

Once at that location, please call 808-427-1500 so we can schedule you on the next shuttle that is coming in from Aulani.

Keep in mind this is a shared shuttle and there could be a wait of up to 30 minutes before the shuttle returns to the Honolulu International Airport.

Modified Honolulu International Airport rules DO NOT allow shuttles to spot inside the airport. As a shared shuttle service, you will be with other families from either the same flight or flights that arrive around the same time. Once everyone is ready (who will be in the shuttle) we will dispatch the shuttle to the pre-Arranged pickup location.

Typically, you are looking at a 36–40-minute ride. During peak times you could expect to be in traffic up to an hour or more.

We suggest using the bathroom prior to the shuttle arriving at the pickup location.
