RESERVATIONS

reservations must be pre-booked 48 hours in advance

& others will be if space is available.

Failure to provide all the necessary information (correct flight details for arrival and departure) will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation for arrival.

The last shuttle leaves the Honolulu airport at 9:00PM to Aulani for all pre-booked reservations (with exception for WDTC bookings)

$25 PER PERSON (3 AND UP)

$10 PER CHILD (2 AND UNDER)

** Your credit card will be charged 2 days prior to service. If you children under the age of 2, please book them as an adult and make a note at the end of the reservations on your child’s age and carseat type and we will update the reservation before accepting it.

LUGGAGE ALLOTMENT: Limited to (1) suit case and (1) carry on. NO SURFBOARDS or GOLF BAGS allowed.

**ARRIVAL (FROM AIRPORT) SHUTTLES ARE BASED ON YOUR ARRIVAL FLIGHT & TIME. Upon arrival, please make your way to baggage claim to collect your luggage at your assigned carousel. Once you have all your luggage, please head to your designated pickup location on the map (modified per Honolulu Airport Rules) and give us a call at 808-427-1500.

**DEPARTURE (FROM THE HOTEL) SHUTTLES LEAVE 15 MINUTES AFTER THE HOUR (8:15, 9:15, 10:15 etc.) NOT EVERY 15 MINUTES. PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR DEPARTURE TIME BASED ON THE TIME OF YOUR  DEPARTURE FLIGHT. ITS IS SUGGESTED THAT YOU DEPART 3 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR FLIGHT (IN CASE OF TRAFFIC OR ROAD CLOSURES). If you put in a time that isn’t a quarter after, we will adjust your time to the closest quarter after.

*Reservations are NOT guaranteed unless you received a confirmation from us. There is a chance due to high demand that the requested times of departures or reservations could be denied as we have may be sold out on seats for shuttles. This is a shared shuttle service so we need to make sure there is enough room for all guests with baggage.
